You've worked hard to create your own brand identity. You have a unique product, so why dress like the rest of the crew?   Stand proudly in an apron which tells your story and sets you apart from all the others when presenting your product to your customers. This is a custom designed apron, and unfortunately not available online, but in just 40 days (from sample sign off) you can have your own unique style. Minimum order quantity on custom designs is just 20 pieces, made from organic denim or organic cotton twill, or 120 pieces in beautiful linen. You won't find that anywhere else. 

    Shipping times and costs All deliveries are made during business hours on business days. Online orders will be shipped the next business day.Delivery within Australia will be 3-5 working days for shipment to reach you in metropolitan areas (excluding WA, NT and regional areas which may take 7-10 days). 

    International delivery will be between within 10-15 days maximum.You can check the shipping costs at the bottom of the Check out page prior to checking out by using the easy Shipping calculator for your order. All deliveries are delivered by the fabulous carbon neutral courier company Sendle. It's a win/win for all ! In the event where no one is available at the shipping address to sign for a delivery, a note will be left by the delivery driver with instructions for how to book a re-delivery. It is then the responsibility of the customer to arrange a time for re-delivery within the conditions set on the note.  Bulk order delivery times & costs will be quoted.Please e mail hello@creamcollection.com.au for bulk order inquiries. 

    Refund Policy

    All our garments are quality controlled at our wharehouse before sending them to you, no faulty goods will be sent out. All sales are final. If for any reason an inferior item is received, we will pay return postage and once received we will examine, and if found to be faulty, we will replace with another of the same item. This must be claimed within 7 days of receipt, please e mail us at hello@creamcollection.com.au to make your claim. Any claim after 7 days will not be accepted. The claimed item must be returned in the original condition it was sent. Check the sizing chart on each product page.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
