All our garments are quality controlled at our wharehouse before sending them to you, no faulty goods will be sent out. All sales are final. If for any reason an inferior item is received, we will pay return postage and once received we will examine, and if found to be faulty, we will replace with another of the same item. This must be claimed within 7 days of receipt, please e mail us at email@example.com to make your claim. Any claim after 7 days will not be accepted. The claimed item must be returned in the original condition it was sent. Please select your purchases carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, purchase the wrong size or make a wrong decision when ordering any of our product range. Check the sizing chart on each product page.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
