This March, Cream Collection is launching the Planet Passion Challenge - an open invitation to hospitality professionals everywhere to share what sustainability actually looks like in their working lives.
Not the polished version. The real one.
It might be a small change you made to your kitchen processes that cut down on waste. A decision to source ingredients differently. A habit your team has built together over time. Something you do every single service that you're quietly proud of, even if nobody else has ever noticed.
Whatever it is, we want to know about it.

Why We're Doing This
At Cream Collection, we make sustainably produced hospitality uniforms - organic cotton aprons, chef jackets and workwear that's built to last and made with care. But we've always known that the people who wear our kit tend to care about a great deal more than just what they're wearing.
The hospitality industry has an enormous amount to offer when it comes to sustainability. The challenge is that those stories rarely surface. They get lost in the noise of a busy service, or simply never get told because nobody thought to ask.
The Planet Passion Challenge is our way of asking.
