Refunds
All our garments are quality controlled at our wharehouse before sending them to you, no faulty goods will be sent out. All sales are final. If for any reason an inferior item is received, we will pay return postage and once received we will examine, and if found to be faulty, we will replace with another of the same item. This must be claimed within 7 days of receipt of purchase, please e mail us at hello@creamcollection.com.au to make your claim. Any claim after 7 days will not be accepted. The claimed item must be returned in the original condition it was sent. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
100% Free Exchange of purchase: If your garment does not fit you correctly, and you would like a refund please return teh garment to P.O.Box 376, Oatley, 2223 within 7 days of purchase. Return postage is for your account. On receipt of returned garment, we will refund you in full, with the exception of finding that the garment has been worn. Worn garments will not be refunded.
To ensure you make the perfect purchase theh first time, Check the sizing chart on each product page.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@creamcollection.com.au.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different size of the same item, send us an email at hello@creamcollection.com.au and we'll help you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 376, Oatley, 2223, Alexandria, New South Wales, Australia, 2223.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
