Imagine this – I'm watching MasterChef Australia way back when, (I was still living in South Africa) and I'm listening to the celebrity and guest chefs talk about locally sourced, sustainably sourced, foraged produce and I get a bolt of inspiration. Why aren't there sustainable and ethically made uniforms for these influential people in the hospitality industry? I see a gap in the market, and I'm on a mission to research eco-friendly designed and made uniforms.
This revelation wasn't just about aesthetics; it was about creating a sustainable identity for the hardworking individuals and pioneers. Inspired by the creativity of the guest chefs, I envisioned uniforms that not only looked professional but also contributed to a healthier planet.

Years later, here I am in Australia, and I'm doing just that, designing and supplying designer uniforms to premium venues and their teams. I bounce out of bed each morning, loving what I do and making a positive impact on this planet.
And it's all thanks to that TV program that inspired me years ago.
